Snowdonia on the other hand, a walker's paradise, is a magical land of mountains and lakes.

The South West has the glorious Pembrokeshire coastline, much of which is a national Park and it encompasses some of Britain's finest coves. This area is also home to Britain's smallest City of St David's with its fine cathedral and the lively attractive seaside resort of Tenby. Gwent, further to the East, is the gateway to Wales, and the lovely Wye Valley is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the South the gorgeous beaches of the 18-mile long Gower Peninsular will always tempt the holiday maker as will the many attractions of the cities of Cardiff and Swansea.
